A little after I started out in property investing, I “stumbled” upon this strategy approx 9 years ago, when I noticed the disparity between normal AST rent and SA nightly booking rates and have never looked back (well until a certain pandemic came by and obliterated the business) but thankfully, it’s coming back!
I discuss why it works, and how with a simple goal planning you can build an income from it also going through the numbers on a high level. Indeed, Serviced Accommodation as a rental strategy deserves it’s fame as it is can be applied at each income level from zero (Agent) to £10K (Rent2rent) and £100k (BTL Investment).
