As my final guest of the Black History month series, I’m really proud to showcase Toyin Ayandare who is a true property entrepreneur and Mum . She is the Director Icon Range, IconApartments, Icon Academy, Icon Developments, Icon Lettings. She’s passionate about Property developments and has grown her property portfolio in her goldmine area of Essex and a few other pots across the country focusing mainly on providing luxury Service Apartments, single let properties, Commercial to Residential conversions, Property Flips and bringing rundown and derelict properties back to life whilst providing local residents good level of accommodation. She is very driven and ambitious and is not shy about taking on large scale developments, and has successfully built up her portfolio in property in a short time. Toyin has an MBA from Durham University, and also previously worked in the corporate world before quitting and going full time into Property development.
