This epic interview is with the successful and engaging Nicole Bremner, who initially worked in banking and then as a full time mum just looking for something to do with her time, to someone who grew a 100 million property business as a Property Developer with over 105 homes and commercial units across London.
While she admits that she didn’t start from zero and had the initial deposit to start out with lots of partnerships but notwithstanding, she has done phenomenally well, initially selecting a GOLDMINE AREA, understanding what property strategy to adopt, and then eventually leveraging off Joint Ventures and raising private finance to build up a solid enviable portfolio.
It obviously hasn’t been without it’s challenges, as you will hear from the podcast and is quite frank about that, but she has grown from her experiences and refocused her energies on what she is truly passionate about. Really enjoyable episode where we talked about her journey, how to scale up your property business and her tips for well structured joint venture agreements, and knowing her goldmine area inside out, and how she works with mentors (of which Daniel Priestley is my all time favourite).
A bit about her:
She’s the best selling author of Bricking it: from stay at home mum to millions in Property and I must say I was truly envious of her journey when reading through the book. She has a boutique property development company and raised a staggering amount through crowdfunding. Her main hobby is Sailing around the world and can be seen on her Youtube channel called SailingSavvy.
Audio alert: Please note, this property mom recording was made during the lockdown so bear with any kids sounds..
