This solo episode is a slight rant about my recent frustrations with the market being so HOT HOT HOT! While we are technically in a recession.. there’s so much money floating around and into property so London (where I invest) is feeling rather cramped!! I discuss some of the differences I’ve identified between the previous 2008 crash and now we are slipping (or already in) a supposed Recession. So, why doesn’t it feel like one?
